First time experience with Paul at Preston GM Superstore since moving from Ohio to Pennsylvania. They got me in next day, dropped it off night before. Diagnosed in morning. Called for authorization for repairs. Had it repaired that day and picked it up the next morning, Thursday before memorial weekend. My original dealer in Ohio couldn't get me in till June 6th. The Preston group is a very accommodating bunch of professionals. I only take my cars out when the weather is good, no rain. Many times I have to cancel and they always fit me back in for my inspections or repairs. I like the text notifications, and customer Service when on their properties.
Excellent quality of work which is always completed in a timely fashion. All Service Department employees are extremely professional and accommodating to the needs and questions of the customer. We have always been provided with a “loaner” vehicle or given a ride to work or home if needed. We couldn’t possibly be more satisfied than we are with the Service Department at Preston Chevrolet/Buick/GMC.

I had an appointment at 930 to get the tailgate on my 2022 truck fixed. I had told them I would wait for it and they said it should only be an hour. My truck sat outside until 1030, at that time I went to complain and he said it wouldn't be much longer. But they still had to work on it. I left there about noon! Service is very prompt. I was quoted from a time perspective- an hour to an hour and a half. The work was done within the hour.
Spent 1100 dollars there in 2 months started with getting a basic tune-up since than I have had nothing but problems gave them 600 dollars on Friday to fix the problem my engine light came on to it back this morning they say it's a different problem they can fix it for 350 so I got a second opinion at another garage they say it's a dollar mass air flow sensor. Very disappointed in Preston considering I got 3 vehicles from there and sent 5 people there to purchase vehicles.
Just bought a 23 Tahoe from Preston GM Superstore. Justin our salesman was extremely helpful, very out going, and made the experience smooth and easy. By far the best car buying experience I ever had. The finance team quickly got the paperwork in order to meet my very tight availability. If I could leave zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from Preston in September. When my plate was transferred from my old vehicle, they entered it into the computer wrong which in turn made my registration incorrect. I called the dealership and a message was left with the receptionist about the situation and I was told someone would call me back right away. Never received a call back. I recently brought my car in for an inspection and oil change. While I was there I received excellent service and the turnaround time was very quick. I was extremely satisfied with Preston.
They lowball trades! take your vehicles to anywhere else . There not worth your time !!!!! I wouldn’t give a star if one wasn’t necessary.
Me and my family and some friends shop here and have never had an issue In the past. In preparation for a trip the service department recommended some service to our car we were going to travel with. Got a transmission flush and less than a week later DURING the trip our transmission went out and had to stop at a dealer 700 miles away. It was a very frustrating and unfulfilling experience. Not only was Preston unable to fix the initial issue with my vehicle they couldn't even diagnose my issue. I won't be back to Preston for any more service or to purchase another vehicle. I'm done with these incompetent people

I drove an hour and twenty five minutes to look at and probably buy a used 2019 Chevy Trax that I was told was still available, only to get there and find out that it was purchased the night before. I’m very disappointed that I was not notified of that vehicle being sold. It was almost like they thought since I was driving a long distance to get there that I would settle for something else. Although Brian was very nice my experience with Preston sucked!
Preston took advantage of my 81 year old mother in law. They asked her if she needed a oil change along with an inspection which they knew she didn't because of the mileage from the sticker. She didn't know so she said yes. She drives the car 50 miles a week maybe, and they said she needed a battery which if they drove it around, it would charge up because of the lack of driving she does. It cost 375.00 dollars. Don’t go there for service. Spend the time and go anywhere else They are not in a hurry and concerns are not addressed promptly I have given them a bunch of times in service to get the work done in a timely manner and have been disappointed repeatedly It’s not worth complaining Better just to go somewhere else in the future.
I was over quoted multiple times with absolute ridiculous prices. They tried saying it needed parts that weren’t even damaged. $840 was suppose to get the car up and running. My appointment was for 9:45am. I arrived at 9:30. My vehicle was driven trough and put outside at 9:37. It sat outside and was never took in until 10:51. I got car back at 11:37. What is the use of having an appointment. This documented on my bill. I have another vehicle and this happened also. Terrible customer service. I applied online for pre-approval for a used vehicle for them and set up an appointment to view it. After arriving for appointment and completing test drive, we decided we didn't want the vehicle because it had a noise in the front end. The salesman kept stating that "it's inspected!"
